Fourth day of my transformation challenge! I combined Nutrimeal Wild Strawberry ( 2 scoops) and Dutch Chocolate (1 scoop) and it was really delicious!
I also shared my Air Bike routine, one of three core exercises that I do everyday.
Breakfast: Adobong Manok or Chicken Adobo with 1 cup of rice
Lunch: Nutrimeal
Snack: Turon and 1/3 serving of Gyro V beef sandwich
Dinner: 8 pcs siomai with 1 cup of rice. Plus Mango w/ graham shake.
